It is an event that has been eagerly awaited. On Monday 22 November 2021, the inauguration of the SAUTEC Ivory Coast subsidiary was held in San-Pedro. A look back at this event which marks the emergence of an Ivorian project, designed and run by Ivorians, for Ivorians.
A day dedicated to the inauguration of SAUTEC Ivory Coast and conveying of cocoa.
It was a real pleasure for us to welcome our Ivorian customers and prospects to celebrate the inauguration of the SAUTEC Ivory Coast subsidiary. We thank them for their availability (on a Monday!) as the cocoa campaign in progress.
If today the creation of the subsidiary is possible, it is thanks to the confidence that our clients have placed in us over the last few years. We would like to take this opportunity to thank them.
The guests were able to share various moments of conviviality and exchange at the ENOTEL BEACH in San Pedro: breakfast, speech and presentation of SAUTEC Ivory Coast and lunch.
As Ivory Coast has started the 2021-2022 cocoa campaign, we took the opportunity to allow people present to visit a customer site where we have delivered containers loading equipment. A way to discover and/or learn more about our range of installations for the potting of cocoa beans. We warmly thank the management and the team of BOLLORÉ TRANSPORT & LOGISTICS COTE D’IVOIRE for having accepted to organise the visit on their site and for having come in number to the inauguration.
An inauguration day that marks the emergence of a project at the service of Ivorian customers.
Since 2015, we have enjoyed significant growth in our activities in Ivory Coast. This success is the result of our strategy to assist our customers by offering flexible solutions adapted to their needs.
Satisfied, our customers have naturally expressed new expectations. Among them: to benefit from greater proximity to the company and new local services.
The creation of the SAUTEC Ivory Coast subsidiary was born in this sense. It makes it possible to satisfy the new needs of our customers and to offer them the opportunity to collaborate more with local players.
New services and benefits are already available.
The creation of the subsidiary in February 2021 has enabled us to quickly put in place the new services required by our customers:
Assembly, start-up of equipment and training of operators by a local team.
The customisation of equipment through the local manufacture of equipment complementary to standard machines.
Audit, maintenance and after-sales service of all brands of equipment by a local team.
In addition, we have taken the opportunity to introduce new services, including payment facilities. From now on, the services mentioned above can be paid directly in CFA Francs. A great novelty!
Of course, we do not intend to stop there. We are planning to create a stock of equipment for rental in the near future. Stay tuned!
