The truck unloader is the perfect equipment for speeding and optimising your bulk product unloading operations. Positioned behind trailers and skips, it is designed to receive bulk products directly from the rear hatches.

Depending on the unloading method and the configuration of the truck unloader, 30 tonnes of products can be unloaded and transferred in less than 10 minutes.

Unloading of grains – Truck unloader for cereals

A highly versatile truck unloader conveyor.

The truck unloader can receive a wide variety of products and materials: cereals, fertilisers, pellets, dehydrated sludge, backfill materials, etc.

Whatever the need, optimising grain reception in an agricultural context, streamlining material supply logistics on a construction site, or adding flexibility to an industrial process, the truck unloader adapts to all operating environments.

Its role is to streamline the logistics with fast and continuous unloading.

Unlike the receiving hopper, the truck unloader does not allow ‘buffer storage’. Upon receipt, bulk materials are immediately transferred to another installation (elevator belt, industrial conveyor belt, etc.).

A functional mobile truck unloader.

The truck unloader is mobile. It is equipped with wheels and can be moved at any time to allow you to carry out unloading operations wherever you want. No civil engineering work is required to set up the unloading area.

The 2.70-metre-wide hopper simplifies manoeuvring and aligning trucks before unloading. A range of accessories (chute, cover, frequency variator) and belt types can be installed on the mobile truck unloader to adapt to your needs and business developments.

Mobile unit on 2 height-adjustable front pneumatic wheels and 2 rear castors. Front and rear swivel wheels with brakes. Removable drawbar.
800 mm wide smooth rubber belt, welded endless, trough-shaped on TRIO 25° stations.
Belt scraper.
Belt speed: up to 90 m/min.
Direct-mounted 4.0 kW geared motor with hollow shaft, 400 V three-phase + earth supply, with watertight protective cover, box including thermal protection, on/off button, emergency stop button and two-way emergency stop cable.
63 mm diameter return rollers in painted steel with 2 RS ball bearings, with seals at the ends of the rollers. The lower part of the frame is protected by solid metal sheets.
