The removal of rubble is an issue that has a direct impact on site productivity and the safety of your teams. Continuous handling, using conveyor belts, provides a relevant and versatile response to this need, giving you the opportunity to evacuate rubble and materials simply and efficiently.
A versatile solution for rubble removal.
The main advantage of using conveyor belts for rubble handling lies in their ability to set up continuous material transfer flows, even in complex configurations. They can be used for a wide range of applications, such as:
- Transferring rubble directly into a skip.
- Transferring materials over obstacles.
- Gradually feeding spoil processing equipment.
- Transporting backfills materials to an area inaccessible to site machinery.
A versatile solution that considerably reduces the number of machine movements on site, thereby reducing the risk of collisions between machines and personnel. In addition to its practical benefits, the use of an electric conveying system contributes to the environmental approach of worksites. By reducing the use of combustion engines, this solution naturally reduces the carbon footprint of operations.
Belt conveyors adapted to every site configuration.
To meet these challenges, we have a complete range of equipment at your disposal:
The rubble belt conveyor.
Available in lengths from 3 to 6 metres, is specially designed for underground work and confined spaces. Its aluminium design combines robustness and lightness, enabling it to be set up quickly by only one person.
The site conveyor.
For sites requiring greater reach, the site conveyor is available in lengths from 8 to 14 metres. This robust solution, equipped with an 800 mm wide belt and a powerful electric motor, can transport up to 250 tonnes per hour. Its tilt can be adjusted by hydraulic cylinders, and its various accessories (hoppers, chutes) can be adapted to meet changing site requirements, creating a real synergy with traditional construction machinery.
Available immediately to evacuate your rubble.
Our conveyor belts are in stock and available according to your needs, either for purchase or for weekly or monthly hire. They are delivered directly to your worksite, ready-to-use, so you can get on with your rubble removal work fast.
