An adventure that began in 2007.
In 2007, two partners, Olivier Dobelle and Hrvoje Meden, took over an agricultural equipment company that later became SAUTEC in 2016.
From the start, the two co-managers turned their attention to handling equipment that was relatively unknown outside the world of agriculture: the “grain belt conveyor”. The two men noticed the potential of this conveyor belt, capable of meeting the varied needs of bulk handling and the requirements of professionals in agriculture, industry, waste, construction and logistics.
The SAUTEC strategy was born: to be the specialist in conveyor belts and to develop a mobile, adaptable and customisable range that meets the needs of all sectors.
A complementary duo that has endured for 2 decades.

It’s a story that reflects our ongoing commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, reinforcing our position as a reliable manufacturer of belt conveyors and a specialist in continuous handling.
We complement each other very well. The division of roles is extremely clear. Olivier has a vision of the market and is good at customer relations. For my part, I’m responsible for industrial production and monitoring the supply chain through to delivery and commissioning of our conveyors.

The company’s head office is in Tourcoing, in the north of France. It brings together all the skills needed to identify your needs and ensure your satisfaction: engineering, sales, marketing, sales management, logistics, and after-sales service.
Belt conveyors manufacture and assembly are subcontracted to partners based in Croatia, by our design studies and drawings.
